Having trouble installing amd drivers on hd 5430

Hello,
Please help me out with my problem:
So I tried to install a new graphic driver for my laptop, but I somehow failed, and now I`m left with no drivers at all.
When I try to install the new ati driver I get the message: "Failed to install package"
This is what I did until now:
deactivated my graphic card hd 5430
removed "AMD Catalyst Install Manager" in the control panel
Used driver remover in secure mode to clean out the rest
The Driver I`m trying to install:
14-4-mobility-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql
I also have a second "AMD Catalyst Install Manager" in my contol panel, which I cant remove, because it says: " The function you want to use is located on a CD-ROM or a hard drive, which is not available."
Please help me, as I cant play any new games, as I`m getting all sorts of errors now
