PR Mumble Questions

Hello everyone,
I've been playing PR on and off for quite a few years now and PR Mumble has been the most impressive VOIP solution for a Milsim I've ever used. So then, I was wondering if there would be a way to create a PR Mumble Server to use independently of Project Reality?
The idea is that a bunch of mates and I playing KotH in Arma 3 and we need a VOIP system that allows us to be segmented into different fire teams while allowing cross communication between those fire teams. The solution we've come up with is two channels in my Teamspeak 3 server and using the group channel in Arma for cross communication between the fire teams. It works but it would be better if we can eliminate the need to use the crappy Arma VOIP that tends to be laggy.
Anyone here have any ideas or solutions?
Thanks in advance.
