v1.3 crashes on startup

my PR is crashing right after it starts. if i put my resolution to 1920x1080 on window it'll run, but without the ground and scopes like ACOG's turn into a black screen
already tried to reinstall 3 times, cleaned all register files of PR, updated the nvidia driver,run as administrator,compatibility mode, all possible things that i could think about.
if i try to run with other resolution than 1920x1080 it gets me this error:

Same issue, on 8.1. Launching in 1920x1080 does nothing for me, but same errors across the board.

Please see if anything in that thread can help you further.
Also try running the game in windowed mode in a 1080p resolution.

None of those steps worked.
Running the game in windowed 1080p doesn't resolve it, it still crashes on startup with no error message.

ATDR-69-Gastaldi, you can not run PR at weird resolutions like that.
If you want to run in fullscreen borderless mode, use this program:
Windowless Border Mode by Gameplay CRUSH

Conot, not really sure what's going on, try installing Directx9c again to start.

I can't help much as I'm on a 1080p and don't have hands on experience on this issue.

Conot, quick thing to try:
Start PRLauncher->options->press teh bottom left "reset options" button.->Click Apply.
Shut down PRlauncher
restart PRLAuncher
PRLauncher->options->Video tab->Set to like 800x600 windowed->Click Apply.
start PR to test.
Next way to test :
rename C:\Users\Connor\Documents\ProjectReality\Profiles to C:\Users\Connor\Documents\ProjectReality\Profiles-Old
PRLauncher->options->Video tab->Set to like 800x600 windowed->Click Apply.
start PR to test.

Make sure your friend has DirectX 9, .NET framework and Visual C++ installed.
