BigDGamers server connection issues

Hi
This server titled BigDGamers, or something alike to that name, keeps banning me for reasons unknown. My connection died, when it reset and I tried to join, it did not exist when i searched it up. I made another account, joined, then left the server, when I tried to rejoin, I could not. I did not get any banned message. This server is the only good one in Australia, and I would like it if an admin from the server could respond to this.
