Can't update (WIN7)

Hello guys. I have a big problem with client update. I downloaded client today, so I registered, and the client started updating from v.1.3.0.0 to v.1.3.1.0, but in 17% progress, by downloading server_static_objects.zip or something like this, my update just closing without any message. Someone know how can I update this game? After all sorry for my english.
