Server rules/settings code

Hey guys, not really sure where to post this but I wondered if anyone knew what I need to change on the server code (sv. etc) to input some standard PR server changes. I have the sv. code list I just don't know what to change.

For instance the way PRTA or NEW operates (currently on the Forgotten Honor server players stay on the same side, squads are not reset).

Also how do I separate messages like advertising squadtime or asset rules?

This is covered in the server admin forums. If you have a server you should have access to that.
