FPS Issues / Good Computer

Post by peppypork »

I'm having significant FPS issues on multiple maps, like Fallujah West, most other desert maps, and any maps with multiple objects. My FPS also drops when multiple things are going on at once, especially if it involves something smoking nearby.

Using the scope of my weapon helps reduce FPS (almost nullifies the FPS drop), if that somehow helps.

Setting everything to low doesn't help any. Any suggestions will help.

EDIT: For some reason it's listing my graphics card as "NVLDDMKM" for "Display Device(s): HP 2511x LED Backlit LCD Monitor on NVLDDMKM". My graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970.

Nice rig. How low are your frames dropping?

@Desmo:
EDIT: For Fallujah West, bout 90-100 when looking at very few objects (rare to keep this FPS), 40-55 when looking at just the usual fight, 30-40 when I'm in a firefight. 40 is usually what I'll have on this map.

@DC_K: Just for Gamma Correction. Aside from that, not that I know of.

that sounds like normal FPS for PR lol. PR only uses 1 core, no way around it. i've got a 4770k and 760 with the same FPS range you're describing.
