Insane Lag, rendering the game unplayable.

Hello, within the last 2 days my game just became impossible to play on my computer. i usually had 75-100 PING with no lag or issues and now my ping jumps from 75 to 200 and gradually up until it hits as high as 800 and then it trickles down. i have no idea what caused this and because im not "tech savy" i have no idea how to fix this.

here are my specs, hopefully someone has encoutered this.

ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, changing the graphics preferences... and a few others.
