CTD after launch, curious problem

I have seen this problem in many threads but I haven't found a solution.
As usual, I try to launch the game and get the problem like this:
Open the Launcher->Click on Play->Black Screen->PR closing, cleaning resources.

My information:
Graphics Cards: GeForce GT 620M
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
6GB Ram
it's a notebook

I have tried many solutions:
Direct X9
.Net Framework 4.5
Visual C++
Match the resolution of my desktop (1366x768@60Hz) with the resolution of the game
Change the resolution to a lower resolution and match with the resolution of the game (1280x76 8)
Close the Firewall of Windows
Run on windowed mode
The game itself ask for run with administrator access
Renamed the profile carpet on "my documents"
I can't run windows update because this is windows 10, it updates by itself.
Updated the graphics card controller/driver

But so far, the fun fact and the curious thing is that the only partial solution that I got is to change the game options from nvidia control panel to use the integrated graphic card, where the graphics of the game are.... well, you know, but it works that way. I'd like to use the dedicated graphic card.

I also watched a solution for AMD with the same problem where the user opened the AMD control panel and activated GPU scaling, but I have not such thing.
Anybody can help me?

so the game is working with integrated, not with GPU?

go to launcher>support and copy&paste everything here

I have so low FPS in maps that i can't turn my aim. And after 2 months finally think to check on what graphics pr is running. I find out it running on integrated Intel(R) HD Graphics, switched to dedicated nvidia GeForce GT 710M and have the same shit like OP. Do we have any solution for this bug? Also running on WIN10.

Same stuck on 59Hz?

If so I don't know when I bought my laptop I took it back to the shop to remove the 59Hz which is just a silly hang over from CRT monitors.

From launcher copy and post the specs from support, the guy above Blents screenshot is showing 59Hz with the on die GPU

Is it just direct X stuck on 59 as his support was all 60?

My current display mode is 60Hz not 59, i connected addition monitor and I run 65, 70, 75 Hz on nvidia CTD on intel HD work fine.

I don't know what the hell happened when I posted that screenshot, but I'm trying again to solve the problem, ran dxdiag and it showed the exact information as the last screenshot but with 60Hz instead of 59Hz.
Also I installed another game (Space Engineers) and when I tried to run it with the nvidia, it said that the game was incompatible with the nvidia graphic card, but the game has an option to switch between DX11 and DX9, so I ran in DX9 and OHMYGOD the game is running at high graphics and everything was so smooth.... until bugs appeared for using an outdated version of DX....
Maybe I should try to run Project Reality with DX9, someone knows how to run it like that?

Good idea, because you remember me the bad company 2 bug that i needed manually edit option to run on dx9. Before that game was low fps, high or low video settings. But isn't PR/BF2 on default running on DX9?

well.. I lied, I didn't ran Windows Update because when first I was looking for it I only found the automatic update, which was set at 4.30 am where the pc is off. So I found the button to force the update and it solved the PR problem, but not the problem with the other game. Hope this is a solution for someone else.
