Crash after intro movies

The game crashes after the intro movies play. I have to press login twice also before the game actually launches. The first time I press login, it gives me the error code: 1005: Error receiving from server. (10054). The second time I press login, the game launches.

It doesn't do any of the above when I launch the game with an offline profile, which leads me to believe that this is a connection problem.

I've already tried resetting all profiles and a fresh install.
