From the launcher/options/graphics you cannot select texture quality high?

That is strange I have low, medium and high available.

Look in Documents/ProjectReality/Profiles/000X(1,2,3,4)/video open with notepad and put on 3 (high) and SAVE
VideoSettings.setTerrainQuality 3
VideoSettings.setGeometryQuality 3
VideoSettings.setLightingQuality 3
VideoSettings.setDynamicLightingQuality 3
VideoSettings.setDynamicShadowsQuality 3
VideoSettings.setEffectsQuality 3
VideoSettings.setTextureQuality 3
VideoSettings.setTextureFilteringQuality 3
VideoSettings.setResolution 1824x1026@60Hz
VideoSettings.setAntialiasing 2Samples
VideoSettings.setViewDistanceScale 1
VideoSettings.setVideoOptionScheme 2

So what is the problem you CTD when you take a screenshot?

Post PC specs from launcher/support.

Might be worth looking in here too.

Try to clear shader cache.

Image

Loading game after that will last longer. Also what Ploddit said. I want to know which GPU you have.

That looks fine. Have you cleared shaders cache as I instructed you?

Also what are you using to capture screenshots? It may be loading hooks whcih make game unstable.

Ah...should install 64bit OS, you have 4GB of RAM and 32bit Win7 Ultimate.

Besides that lower display resolution and check your screen refresh rate. It says 59Hz is your display desktop resolution. That looks odd, and your PR profile says 60Hz. Try to set that to be equal.

Also turn of multisampling ( AA ) its eating alot of GPU power or lower it.

I am not sure but your system might be low on RAM during loading of the game. Check to see RAM usage during loading of MP game.

Maybe he's done the BC edit unlock.

I had a laptop blocked on 59hz, which is some silly hangover from cry screens, bf2 wouldn't run at all.

I bad to jump through hoops to set the computer to 60hz.

Yeah I remember its was causing issues on bf2. But he can play, only cant change textures to high and crashes during taking a screenshots. Which has nothing to do propbably with PR but screensot software, or maybe it has but then it has to be the refresh rate, I dont see any issues, besides running a 32bit OS...lack of RAM can do strange things...
