Crashing on startup after launcher (Tried Everything here I think)

I feel like i have tried everything on all the other crash threads but i still get the "Cleaning up resources" before anything comes up. Its been getting very frustrating and I would love to play this game. If anyone has any tips please help.

Check these three programsnormally they are installed but....

I assume the 1920X1080 screen is the one you are trying to use?

Can you please do a test with your USB headset unplugged and the sounds set accordingly - sometimes I've seen USB headsets causing issues.

Run in windowed and see if you get an error message and what it is please.
