Hello,

Ensure Documents/ProjectReality are marked as Read only - some one drive related strangeness I think.

Check DirectX is happy

If that is a USB headset try without it after changing sound settings to match.

If no luck try to reupdate .Net, and visual C++

Type in dxdiag into search and sniptool results

Brosama your Dxdiag shows 4 sound output devices go to sound (type in "search the web and windows") Or right click on speaker for changing the volume to deactivate ones you aren't using - I do this so in my dxdiag I have only one showing up.

Like you I have 3.5mm front output, HDMI and a digital optical output but whenever I launch PR I only use one all others are deactivated.

1. Right click on speaker icon select playback devices or write whatever is Danish for sound in "search the web and windows"
2. Disable whatever you aren't using for PR have only the one you are using active and default disable all the others by right click then disable. Like this.

My dxdiag - NOTE ONLY ONE SOUND operational.

Good luck
