PR ADMIN Reset Online User Master Server Password

In Short My Online Game Password For Acct User Name RET-USMC Not Working
Had a Problem/w/My Outlook/Active Desktop Acct Had To Wait The 30days To Get Back
Into The Active/Outlook Desktop/Admin Acct, Now My PR Online "Remember Password" Box Is Unchecked & Failed Password Attempts Have Not Been Successful.
Past Month & 1/2, Have Been Using a Created Local Admin Acct and Have Not Played PR.
Can You Help, I Would Really Like To Keep My RET-USMC Username, Thanks

Seen a Older Post Requesting Same, Password Forgotten. If Still Not Possible,
ADMIN, Can We PM Each Other @ a Later Date & Delete User Acct Player Name & Then Can I
Re Create? Thanks
