I need the game to display at 30hz, but all of the presets and the game automatically display at 60hz, but I need it to be 1366x768@30hz and I can't find or use that setting.

Pretty sure you can go to "C:\Users\[YOURNAME]\Documents\ProjectReality\Profiles". Go into "0001" if you only have one profile, if not, you're going to have to change this setting with 0002, 0003, ect... Find a file called "Video.con", and open it with Notepad or some other program that can edit text. Find the line that says "VideoSettings.setResolution 1366x768@60Hz". Where it says "60Hz", change it to "30Hz". See if that makes a difference.

It makes me feel stupid but the problem was it froze when I would load up the game, but after 30 seconds to 2 minutes it loaded up fine.

I didn't think PR worked below 60.
