Can't uninstall/install

I fucked up.
I accidentally deleted the uninstall.exe file from my PR folder, and now I've deleted all the PR files, but it doesn't seem to uninstall it... The reason I wanted to reinstall it is that I fucked up trying to mod the game, and I couldn't start it. But now, when I run the ISO for the game, it just says "play", i.e there is no install button.
What do?
