Crash to Desktop... PROBLEM AFFECTING A LOT OF PLAYERS

Hello, I have had this exact problem for over 8 months now. It is finally summer again and I decided to give a try at having PR work again however it still doesn't. I changed to a much better computer that I built myself with a fresh install of Win 10 and the same error has plagued me and many other people eager to finally play PR yet not being able to.

R- I wanna play I gotz problems...
- I have searched every forum topic on PR website here looking for a solution so far I've seen it been resolved for many and for many others not at all.
Solutions I've seen are as follows-
1) Delete profiles folder
2) Read only setting profiles folder
3) Make sure C++ .NET & DirectX are correct versions and installed
4) Apps + Features directs X set as a graphics tool
5) Go windowed mode
6) Diffrent resolution set or refresh rate
7) Create new profile
Re-install PR and Windows
9) Fiddle with some sound files...
10) Change security premissions for Profiles folder
11) MANY MORE THAT ALL HAVEN"T WORKED FOR ME...
-IF you're still having the same issue as I'm having right now try some of these solutions apparently they have helped for some people however not myself.
For me like many others the GAME CRASHES right after the intro and goes to the desktop presenting the error screen...

My specific SPECS for my computer are--->
So far I have found no fix to my problem and I have seen many others are in the same boat as myself, if some of the support devs could find a fix to this problem that would be great.
Please Help... Nothing works... Any real solutions? None have worked so far...
I have done all the fixs in countless other forums threads (none have worked)...
