Looking for a PR Clan / Team [ENG][GER]

Hey guys!
I started playing PR again after a long time and I saw that there are some major changes.
The big problem I saw was that the community is pretty.. "bad" the servers are not balanced, all clan players together on 1 side, all without clan tag on the other.....
No wonder that 5 rounds today were like 10k points vs 18k and so on :/
For that reason Im looking for a Clan or Team to play together and have some guys which I can trust in.
Im 20 years old, on the 28.06 I will be 21. Im from Hamburg, Germany and got a lot of free time until the end of the year. ( Online time could be from 17:00 to 02:00 +- a few hours ).
I got TS? and a functional mic.
I like to play marksman, breacher and also medic if needed.
Another thing I like is to play as driver or gunner for APC, I can also fly transport helicopters pretty well.
