communication is cut very often

Hi guys, I hope you can help me with my problem.

I was playing fine PR, but a few month ago, communication is cut very often, I can't hear local or my sqd, I hear a minimal part of the conversation, then nothing, I push H or numpad 0 and I can't see the blue or green icon or who is talking, so, I formatted my PC and reinstalling all over again, same problem, I plug the lan cable direct from the modem to my pc to rule the router, nothing, my ping is normally less 100, I have all the Visual C++, framework, etc. I have 2 sound card, I use the internal soundcard to for communication and the 7.1 to the game. The game runs perfect.

Specs: W7 64bits, 8gb RAM, video Nvidia GT 520 and Dual Core E5700 3 Ghz.

What can I do?
