PR Mumble "Server Connection Failed"

Ive recently started having problems with my mumble since formatting my computer. When ever I try to connect to a PR mumble server, i get the error:
Ive tried:
Turning off QoS
Forcing TCP
Disable ALL firewalls and open all ports
Running PRmumble.exe + prlauncher.exe as admin
Confirmed ISP wasnt blocking required ports
Reinstalling PR + Mumble
Generating my own certificate
The ONLY thing thats managed to work was getting someone else with working mumble to send me their entire "mods/pr/bin/PRMumble" folder contents and pasted it into mine. With those files I was able to use mumble perfectly fine until i shut the game down and tried it again. And it didnt work.
Must be some kind of authentication error or some sort of corrupt file that keeps remaking itself?

I can connect to ANY other server but PR ones.[7:54:22 PM] Server connection failed: The remote host closed the connection.
[7:54:32 PM] Reconnecting.
[7:55:02 PM] Disconnected from server.
