Problem loading some maps

hey guys i have some problems when i try to load some maps like khamisiyah or Sbeneh Outskirts, everithing is ok until i try to load one of this maps, i tried to reinstall twice with no lucky. now i have windows 10 but had the same problem with win 7.My pc:

2.7GH
4GB RAM
32bits
