Mumble problems

Hello, I seem to be encountering a problem with my mumble.I can hear other people just fine but they can't hear me.My microphone is fine,its working correctly,I have quit mumble while in-game,I reinstalled the game, nothing seems to fix it.Any ideas what might be the problem?

and/or
you have another VOIP program that is taking exclusive control of your microphone.

I made sure that input is not set to "allow programs to take exclusive control" and unfortunately the problem persists.I have no other VOIP program installed.Any further help would be welcome.
