I have been trawling these forums for answers and I have downloaded the files off one drive, checked all the resolutions, I have directx12 but added the extra runtimes stuff for directx9, and the other two files that are always asked to check are also up to date. Nothing has changed but it take a little longer to load, I am at a loss and need help, do really want to try this game. ~Thanks in advance. Forgot to say have no crash logs if I do they an't going to the dmp if they supposed to

Pretty certain your low voltage CPU is not capable of running PR.
What's the make and model of your notebook? And does it have a discrete GPU?

It's a Hp notebook, pretty new laptop not a year old and it can run csgo, insurgency. And all I know about the GPU is its the integrated intel Hd that's built in.

any other ideas how I can get it to work
