mumble partially working

I'm having some odd problems with mumble starting three days ago.
I see speaker icons in the bottom-right when I push my push-to-talk key for local and squad. According to other players, they can hear me fine. I do not see the grayed-out speaker with the red X.
I cannot hear anyone at all via mumble. The names (while people are speaking) never appear in the bottom-left.
This is what I've tried:
- run PR and PRmumble as administrator
- run pr mumble in compatibility mode
- restart mumble
- restart my pc
- change mumble settings to 'force TCP' (I think that's what it's called)
- change mumble settings to uncheck 'Quality of Service'
The problem persists in any server, co-op or deployment.
So, it's not a device problem. I can hear my microphone when testing and so can other players
It's not a volume problem because the names of other players never appear as if they are speaking.
I'm helpless. PR is the only game I play haha. Now I have to do things like laundry and dishes with my free time. It's horrible. Anyone have any helpful ideas?
