Menu CTD

hello .
I got wierd problem with PR .
when i lunch it . its show me Menu everything cool and no matter what i do
browsing server , going to setting or even do nothing game just CTD .
i tryed to put low setting
i tryed screened
i tryed delete profile folder
i tryed reinstall
and nothing helps . ?!??!
anyone know this issue ?
THis happen only with online profile . if i play with my offline profile there no CTD .
