Installation changed drive name

Hello,

I am currently running Windows 10 and after I had looked at my D drive which had its symbol and name changed, which for a month I cannot change due to not being an administrator (Even though the one profile on my PC is the Admin) and every other program recognizes it as PRBF2.

I also recently backed up my HDD to another storage device and it has had the same problem.

Hopefully you guys could help me out
