I only get ~40 fps in many places on the map with an i7-6700k at 4.5Ghz.

FPS is ok, map is WONDERFUL. Complex, interesting, unique, lots of tactical opportunities not present in other maps. My favourite map right now, for sure.

Seems like a nice addition to PR so far. I do get terrible frame drops when looking at certain direction though. I'm talking from ~50 down to ~20 and then stabilizing on 30. I already know that some PR maps are not as good for your fps than some, but they're consistent at least.

It's the frame drops that are annoying.

I3 last gen, 2 games played without any technical issue.

This map points to be the best one in PR.

Runway not long enough to take off in the A-10, seems almost as if it wasn't even tested prior to release...hmm.

pretty good and amazing map.

only complaint is A-10 + stryker + m2a2 vs MTLB + bmp1(dshk) + T90 is a bit weird for AAS.

As long as it works... For infantry it definitely did. I think thein assets are there to encourage defensive FOB's, and if that's the case, it did a wonderful job. As US, we built 3 FOB's covering all approaches to Bravo, and supporting each other. On the other hand, it seemed like the defense of MEC's Charlie was done by the tank, and the enemy inf constantly tried to flank US fobs. Result: US won, 22-0.

Great map, asset balance is awesome and the runway is long enough for the A10 :P
Its SO evil, it may actually encourage EA to support Modding again - Pantera

I personally don't have any fps problems, but I'll see what I can do about it if more people are having issues with it.

I'm glad the AAS alt layer also got played. It's a bit different from most AAS layers..
Here is an old explanation to give a better picture:
AAS32-Checkpoints/FOB's:
In AAS Alt the objectives will be focused on road checkpoints that are spread out across the map.
4 checkpoints will be randomly selected at the start of the round and there will always be 2 in play at the same time(The southern Airfield always gets a flag).
Each checkpoint will spawn a rally for the US at the beginning of the round, so they can prepare defenses.

The objective of the US is to hold all the checkpoints, thereby making the Taliban bleed tickets. Logistics will be extremely important in the beginning of the game. The US will have to set up fobs around the checkpoints very fast to keep the Taliban bleeding.

The objective of the Taliban is to capture atleast one checkpoint as fast as possible.
Doing so will stop the ticket bleed. When flag #2 is captured the taliban can move onto the 2 last checkpoints. Capturing any of them will make the US bleed. Finally capturing the Airfield will make the US bleed out pretty much instantly.

The flags can only be capped by the Taliban, which means it's very important for the US to hold the first 2 flags and make the Taliban bleed as much as possible.
Always nice to get some positive feedback aswell, I'm glad you like the map!

Great map, performance is wack though, 30 fps with a 4670k at 4.5ghz and a 1070. Someone needs to a make a dual core 6ghz super ipc cpu so we can all run PR at max settings and 100 fps

Really, really low FPS in some spots (in most tho) in COOP.

13 FPS in this area:

sorry i was half drunk when writing that.
yeah i think my point was m2a2 + stryker easily > boragh + mtlb
US has early game advantage, but when the A-10 comes the T72 and shilka do too so its slightly tied up more asymetrically.

i just find it odd how the attackers(atleast in aas std) are at a slight disadvantage
