Can't start game because of d3dx9_25.dll, tried reinstalling DirectX.

Hello, I can't launch the game right now.

That's swedish but I think it's somewhat understandable.
I have installed DirectX 9 through https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... aspx?id=35 like instructed in the "Common PR:BF2 problems + solutions" thread.
I have rebooted my PC. I also tried reinstalling PR. Nothing works.

Help!
