High pitch beep after firing a round.

Anybody know how I can fix this? The rest of my audio works fine, including voice chat, but there is an odd beep that happens every time I shoot my gun. I have restarted it, nothing. I have also tried messing with the "Mumble roots" but do not know much about it. Any help would be appreciated.
