Manual Updater Issue

Having an issue with the manual updater and not sure whether it's me or something else.
Anyway, after booting up the updater and making sure it's updating to the area where I have PR installed, I click up update then almost immediately gives me an error message saying failed copying files. I'm running the updater in 64 bit mode. I also have PR installed on a machine with windows 10. Would really appreciate the help.
