Hey i've tried downloading this with qbittorrent and through my google drive, using an ISO after than and mounting it as a disc as well. Some of the Application Files are stuck on "Read Only", and it when I change it as an admin, it won't let me. Any help is appreciated.

I have a laptop, 8gb of ram, Intel and AMD Radeon graphics card, Intel i7, and dual core I think.
