Not been able to play in a few weeks, so I ran this update last night from whatever I had before (1.4.2?). When launching, all I get is a black screen. I suspect it actually locks my system up as I can't alt-tab out of said black screen.

It has definitely worked in the prior version, so I'm not sure what's up.

If I think i'm reading your post right, you're stuck on .4.1 or .4.2.
I believe this is a solution: https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f380-p ... uired.html

It will be a quick read, and the details are on display for you, so don't shy thinking its a giant forum discussion.(many times in my experience, i make a forum post and then get a giant discussion linked to assist me...) xD

Your settings has this blank, which is the best clue provided:

Code: Select all

 Display Mode:
Your specs say you have this:
Display Mode(s): 1920 x 1200 (32 bit) @ 59 Hz

so go to your Documents\ProjectReality\Profiles\0001\video.con file and open in notepad

Edit the 9th line
VideoSettings.setResolution 1920x1200@59Hz

save file.

and see if that fixes it.
