strange sensitivity bug

so I had a problem with the video settings. wouldn't save my resolution and wont let me launch the game. fixed it by reseting profile settings.
Now, I put on my own settings again, but when on the map (SQ selection/role selection), the sensitivity jumps up to 11

I tried all the ingame sensitivity settings, nothing seem to work on that... what do I use to determine that mouse sensitivity?

Same problem, dont know how to fix it, and its high just in the Squad menu.
