This error started from today I did nothing changed. When I want to log in i have this error. Even if I start launcher I am not able to load news. My internet is working properly. Any advice? Thank you

11003 might be a DNS related error. Keep trying a few times, it could be slow at the moment.

Try doing this in CMD:

ipconfig /flushdns

If it still doesn't work, Google how to change your DNS, its simple and short.

Thank you for the advice but unfortunately not working

Also now tried to reinstal game but when when I trying to retreive acc again Error connecting server.(11003)

Don't bother reinstalling for that specific error, It just means that it can't connect.
Make sure you don't have any firewall or anti-virus blocking the game.
