Mumble keeps suppressing and unsuppressing

I have been playing PR since 0.9 and I never had this problem before.
Everytime I join a PR server my mumble doesn't work the first few seconds of the round sometimes even a minute and then it I hear people talk and then I can start talking. When I join a squad I always have to typ that my mumble is supressed through squad chat because I am afraid the squadleader might think I have no microphone and then he would kick me out of his squad, but as I said mumble is supressed when I join a server. I have to alt tab and close mumble and open it again, after a while it gets unsuppresed, but the problems get worse. Mumble supresses my microphone randomly mid game all the time.
It goes a little bit like this
Joins server - mumble is supressed for half a minute - mumble is unsuppressed for 2 minutes - mumble is supressed for 20 seconds - mumble is unsuppresed for 1 minute - mumble is supressed for 30 seconds and it keeps going on like this the whole match.
When mumble is suppressed I can not hear my team mates, nor can I talk to them.
I'm having the strange problem since 1.3. something, I forgot what came after the three.
Anyways, it is impossible to play the game like this, especially as a squadleader and I like to play as a squadleader. Does anyone know what is wrong and what I can do to overcome this problem?
