Just DLed PR after a year and some change of not playing it, and I get this message after trying to launch it numerous times. I tried re-downloading PR, and the dx9 fix.

Also, I don't exactly know how to do the pastebin thing.

Did you run the dx9 offline installer ? better ist offlineinstaller 95 megabyte
HERE updated DirectX 9c June2010 download link to new microsoft link

Windows 10 does not come with DirectX installed so you Need to download separately direct x 9 c
