Error 1221 Unable to obtain an update list HELP

I just uninstalled my Project Reality and then reinstalled it with the new download version 1.4.1.0. When I press play that's when my launcher gives me this error. I've seen a lot of posts about uninstalling and then downloading the new version but I did that and it still gives me this error. Please help.

i see manually update up to 1.4.4 avalaible in this thread
so i guess you Need still to patch up to 1.4.4 and then let the game update itself to 1.4.5
