Blackscreen after starting PR.

Hello.
After that I run PR, the cursor with the dogtag appears with a black background. The music starts too.
I've already tried delete the gamesettings documents on Documents\ProjectReality\Profiles, firewall, and nothing.
A help will be good !
Thanks for the attention.
ps: I've already updated all the c++ and other programs too, but seems not working too.

sorry for sounding dumb, but is it through the launcher or through the .exe?
(if it's through the launcher, then that's out of the way.)
mess around with video settings, try no full screen.
try lowering settings, etc.

open project reality in windowed mode : in video settings mark "windowed mode" and post
error message here

I fixed by uninstalling a software called "Viva", maybe other thing is blocking your connection too.
Check other softwares running in the background and your firewall/anti-virus

It happens the same to me, I have a laptop and it does not open to me, besides that it gives me error of '' cleaning up resources '' ...

What is the minimum requirements for the game to work?

Low CPU speed is not going to cause black screen.
For the 50th time. There's a login phase there. Check your firewall.
