today i tried to update PR from 1.4.10.0 to 1.4.11.0 and this message show up
1201: Error connecting to download server.can not get file information
i reinstalled the whole game and its the same thing i also checked the fire wall but nothing
any help please

You can try manually downloading and applying the patch.
