Mumble problem (Error -3)

Mumble was working fine until today. When i'm playing PR or trying to launch mumble from PR launcher options, i'm getting an error massage. "Mumble Launcher Error -3", "Failed to load mumble_app.dll". Don't know what to do. I've tryed to reinstall PR but it didn't help. I don't know what to do now. Any help guys? I would be gratefull.

Install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015

You need the vc_redist.x86.exe even if you have x64 system.

Yes , if it works in win 10 it should work also in win 7 , win 8.1 also

i already install both c++ but its not working
it keeps showing failed to load mumble.dll
don't know what to do
