Hello!

I have reinstalled microsoft visual studio C++ 2013 and 2015. Both 64 and 86.

Upon launching PRMumble.exe, I am greeted with two error dialogs:
1. The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-string-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
2. The second dialog is opened by closing the first one and it contains: Failed to load mumble_app.dll

Should I format my drive and reinstall everything?

Forget about the studio, I went down install windows patches to get some vcredis to install and hit a dead end.

I've been told I can download a mumble client ("the old" one). Pointers?

You can't play with the old one, That's not why I put it up for download.

All google results point to updating your windows properly, This is a Microsoft dll that is missing.
