Mumble Launcher Error -3

So, i downgraded up windows 10... Now i can play PR... well not really... due to the fact now my mumble doesn't work...

" Mumble Launcher Error -3
Failed to load mumble_app.dll. "
i got up to date soft wear and checked under pr downloads. tried them anyways to make sure... but nothing.... my game was working fine until my computer did an update. i revered the update, now the game works but mumble is wont start..

well, mumble works now, but now my game doesn't work anymore.. back to square one... now i get
" 1301 unable to contact verification server. Please check your internet connection and try again"
again....... which i just fixed by downgrading my windows 10, from an update..

anyone help please.. failed to load mumble_app.dll i already install vc redist x86 but it wont work please help
