I got this error after a crash in PR

To fix this issue, please reinstall the latest available version of Project Reality: BF2.

Any idea how to fix this? Or Perhaps anyone can upload the specific file for me? Because the ISO is too large and it would not be possible for me to download it.

If you didn't manually make changes, your entire installation is corrupted. It only warns for the first issue it finds.

Reinstall is the only way.

I see. I found an old ISO, installed all updates (pain) and it's working fine now.

I'm thinking of compressing everything and store it somewhere safe so the next installation goes through less updates in an event of another crash.

Do you think there are ways to prevent file corruptions?

Make sure to never cancel updates midway.

These files never change at any other time, don't touch them.
