Having Trouble updating

Here is my access is denied eror messaeg I get when trying to update. If it helps, when I skip update my game is able to launch as 1.4.1

you can download all patches manually if it does not work using Project reality game update function

your version is 1.4.1

last patch is 1.4.16.0 to 1.4.17.0

get all patches and install manually here link:
