nVidia Shadowplay only records the PR Launcher screen

nVidia Shadowplay only seems to record the PR Launcher screen. When in-game, if I try to use Shadowplay in any capacity, it only records the launcher, making the videos worthless. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?
