For some reason,Whenever i click play and log into my account,My screen turns black,indicating the the game is launching,then it instantly closes and the message 'Closing pr,cleaning up recourses' pops up,and it keeps happening everytime i try to play the game,Please help

no lmao,i just finished downloading the game like 3 hours ago,ive done some reasearch,Still nothing,heres the message i get whenever it crashed in windowed mode:

You're missing the part that says the error message itself. These are meaningless.
This is probably the bad-resolution error. Try to reset your video settings and put a proper resolution.

Debug assertion failed,thats what it says,and also i tried reseting the settings,still didnt work

You're still missing the error message itself from the error window. Just take a screenshot or copy everything.

You have a Q35 iGPU. It doesn't have hardware vertex shader which I'm pretty sure BF2 requires. Did this system ever run BF2?

Even if it ran with that GPU it would have been a slideshow.

So putting in a discrete GPU is a good idea anyway. Something in the range of Nvidia GTS 450 and upwards should do alright I guess. If you want something new GT 1030 is a good deal with the insane GPU prices now.

Yeah i was planning to get a gtx1050TI or a gt 1030 cause of their prices and the fact that they support 300W power supplies...im gonna play this game,Whatever it takes
