hey there no matter what i do my game will not load i have retrieved my old account and made a new one! nothing happens it just says logging in and never does anything! any help would be awesome i just installed this an hour ago and cant play!

you need to update your game.
But how to do that?
It's simple, I'll explain.
1- Open the game launcher
2- Mouse over "play"
3- Click the down arrow that will appear next to "play"
4- Click "search for updates"
5- Good game

If the problem persists, try deleting the "profiles"
in Documents > Project Reality

Me too Stuck on login screen nothing else no message no way to play.

I think next major update needs to be on the Login gui, or Master server

Kinda Pointless releasing 1.5.3.3 Update if half the people cant log in or have nothing but problems..



Games fully updated tried to delete profile then couldn't even retrieve my profile its like Master server down ?

Had to restore my profile out of the Recycle Bin which is actually where i should of put PR instead of my Profile

Me too, and now i can't even create a profile

Same with me cant log in, I was playing fine yesterday, now it's not even gunna let me log in, scuffed thing is scuffed.

It is just the online side too, i can make offline profiles all day

This is bs. Why is this a problem? I have JUST got this working after having the patience of a god, and now i wake up to play some PR in the few hours i have, and its not working. I've always had this problem with PR. I wake up one normal day and for no reason at all its completely stopped working. This time it wont log in to my profile. I deleted the profiles in documents as said by a dev, typical solution; didn't solve anything, caused more problems. I really don't want to vent my frustration especially at my favorite game in the world that is free and dismiss all the hard work you guys put in, but i do. I could strangle someone right now. PLEASE FIX THIS PLEASE.

same here yesterday was working perfectly. This needs to be fixed ASAP. There is no point reinstalling my game and re updating if i can only play once before the same problem happens again and i just have to repeat. This is ridiculous.

Hi, just another person who can't log in. I see that there's nothing that I can do. I got up for 5 minutes to make a sandwich, and the whole game went tits-up. There's obviously no easy solution. Just let me know when the game is fixed.

Its ok i can see the Devs are now working on it it looks like it will be fixed in no time.
