Impossible to log in

So I am making a new thread again after my unsuccessful attempt because a dev decided to give a stupid generic answer - "Master server is down" - well is it now? No it's not and the issue described earlier is still going on.

Worked fine until 2 days ago . I've also tried making new accounts to check if it'd resolve and it did not. Deleting profiles folder did not help either.

I'm stuck on the connection phase no matter what. I did not apply any changes to my hardware or software for the past three months so it has nothing to do with the machine itself.

The account gets created because I can retrieve it after deletion, but you simply can't log in.

Here are the results :

• Made a dummy account on 16 of march
• Tried to log in with dummy account, didn't connect
• Deleted all profiles
• Retrieved dummy account
• Tried to log in after retrieving by email address
• Did not work
• Sent account credentials to a friend to try on his computer
• He wasn't able to connect with my account
• He was able to connect with his own account though

At this point :

1. Retrieving accounts by nickname is not working - you have to do it by e-mail
2. Making a new account and trying to play is impossible because you get stuck on the connection phase
3. Logging in seems totally based on luck, some old accounts are able some others are not

I believe tons of people have the same issue and since our computers don't seem to be the culprit this is literally unsolvable. Now I really want to keep this mod alive and even donate but if you devs don't even try to understand our issues and don't even bat an eye then it's not worth it, just tell us you gave up so we can move on something else.

The master server was actually "down", nobody was able to connect not just you.

If you expect/want help, don't be a **** about it.

I'm running on the latest version of Windows 10 and I can connect fine if that helps so it might not be an OS issue.

We need the account name you try to log in with as well as the IP in order to check connection logs. Also full system information would be appreciated. Please PM me those information.
