Symlinks not allowed

Seems I am having the same issue as a few others after windows preformed update 1709. Already deleted the PR folder in my documents to no avail:

I solved it by unlinking the my documents folder in my OneDrive account

i did something a bit dumber
i moved everything from onedrive to documents on the PC and deleted the folder on onedrive
which didnt work as i intended and it made me retrieve my account
and retrieving fixed it
hey, if its stupid but it works...
