I was able to start with V1.5.3.0, but when I update to V1.5.4.1 , I can not start it.

Please tell me what to do.

Symptom:
When you select a profile from the launcher in V1.5.4.1 and press the login button, the screen gets dark and the display "prbf2.exe stopped the operation." appears and crashes.

I restarted the PC, reinstalled from V1.5.0.0, tried running with anti-virus software turned off, but it does not improve

Friends of the same symptoms, his PC is also a laptop.

That's settled.
ntdll.dll and Microsoft Office IME 2010 were in conflict.
I changed Microsoft Office IME 2010 to Microsoft Office IME

what exactly did you change? I'm also getting a ntdll.dll error which crashes my game after attempting to fire it up.

In this case it was a conflict between a Windows Japanese language input manager and ntdll.dll.
Details on how to fix this issue can be found here, but it's probably not relevant to your situation.
